Arriving at Painted Boat by Float Plane

The perfect way to begin and end your escape to Painted Boat Resort.

Painted Boat Resort has partnered with Saltspring Air to begin regular air service to our dock at Madeira Park. This convenient and economical transportation option makes Painted Boat a resort destination that is just minutes away from downtown Vancouver.

Regular service will depart downtown Vancouver every Friday and Monday at 11:00am and arrive 18 minutes later at Painted Boat Resort. The plane will leave Painted Boat the same day at 1:00pm and return to downtown Vancouver.

The cost per person is $79.00 plus gst, one way.

Groups may also book unscheduled chartered flights to and from Painted Boat to downtown Vancouver at the beginning and end of conferences, weddings or other private events. The planes may also pick up groups of four or more from Vancouver Airport's south terminal. (Four days advance notice required and a $25 surcharge per guest applies for this service.)
