At Painted Boat Resort, Spa and Marina, we are committed to providing our guests with an amazing and enjoyable experience while maintaining our continued high standard of safety precautions for Covid-19 and other air born viruses.

We are maintaining our high standard of cleaning policies. Villas are cleaned with industrial grade cleaners and FOGGED at checkout.We are currently not providing daily housekeeping service to our guests. Our housekeeping staff and Spa attendants are required to use disposable gloves when handling dirty linens. Diligent cleaning practices of all Villa’s, Front Desk/Lobby, Lagoon Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Room and Spa Garden, are being maintained at a high standard.

By maintaining our awareness and respect for each other and our guests, we can continue to provide an enjoyable and safe place for us to work and enjoy.

RESORT POLICIES

Nightly Rentals (1-6 Nights)

At the time of booking we charge one night room and tax deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 72 hour cancellation policy on nightly rentals. A Minimum two night stay may be required on certain dates throughout the year. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit provided you cancel in advance of 72 hours prior to your reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Weekly Rentals (7 Nights or Longer)

At the time of booking we charge 25% deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 14 day cancellation policy on weekly rentals. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit provided you cancel in advance of 14 days prior to your reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Marine Activity Age Requirements

Kayak Rentals: Paddlers must be at least 10 years old. Paddlers between the ages of 10 - 15 years of age and under must be in the front cockpit of a double kayak with someone who is at least 19 years of age in the back. If you would like to kayak alone (as in all by yourself) you must be an experienced kayaker.

Paddleboard Rentals: Minimum paddleboard rider age is 12 years. Anyone under 19 years of age will require a parent or legal guardian to sign for them in person, as well as be accompanied by someone over 19 years of age.

Drone (AUV) & Remotely Controlled Flying Devices Policy

Out of safety concerns for guests, employees, resort and marina property, as well as concerns for individual privacy, Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina prohibits the operation or use of unmanned aerial vehicles/drones and remotely controlled flying devices by the guests, owners, general public, including recreational users and hobbyists without the written permission of management.

This prohibition includes drones used for filming, videotaping, and/or photography for recreation or by hobbyists, as well as any drone use by media, realtors or journalists operating above or within Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

We commence check-in at 4:00 pm; check-out time 11:00 am.
Due to our COVID-19 protocols, we are limiting early arrivals and late departure.

Pet Policy

Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina is a Dog friendly resort and has a limited number of Dog-friendly Villas available.  There is an additional, standard rate fee for all Dogs of $35 (+tax) per night, per Dog up to a maximum of 2 Dogs. Please leash your dog when outside of a Dog-friendly Villa; a $50 fee will be apply if your Dog is found to be on the resort without a leash.  If Dogs are brought into a non-Dog friendly Villa, an additional service fee will apply (min $300).  Please clean up after your Dog while on the resort, garbage bins are located in carport areas around the resort. Dogs are not permitted on resort beds or in the Lagoon Restaurant, Spa or Fitness & Pool buildings. Dog-friendly Villas cannot be booked online.  Please call our Front Desk at 1 866 902 3955 or email reservations@paintedboat.com and our staff will be happy to check availability for you.
