NOTE - Effective March 19, 2020 and until further notice the SPA and SPA Garden will be temporarily closed.

NOTE - Effective March 20, 2020, The Lagoon Restaurant will also be temporarily closed. We are planning to open again June 17th, 2020.

Nightly Rentals (1-6 Nights)

At the time of booking we charge one night room and tax deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 72 hour cancellation policy on nightly rentals. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit provided you cancel in advance of 72 hours prior to your reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Temporary policy change until June 30th, 2020 - We will allow changes or cancellations without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

Weekly Rentals (7 Nights or Longer)

At the time of booking we charge 25% deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 14 day cancellation policy on weekly rentals. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit provided you cancel in advance of 14 days prior to your reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Temporary policy change until June 30th, 2020 - We will allow changes or cancellations without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.


Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time 11:00 am.


Pet Policy

Please note that Painted Boat Resort has a limited number of pet-friendly Villas for an additional fee of $25 per night. All reservations for pet-friendly Villas must be completed through our front desk at 1 866 902 3955 or reservations@paintedboat.com.
