Resort Spa Manager

Painted Boat Resort & Spa is evolving into a premier Wellness & Rejuvenation Resort, combining accommodations, spa, fitness, and lifestyle programming into one seamless guest experience.

The Resort Spa Manager will lead this transformation, overseeing operations, financial performance, and program development while building a disciplined, financially sound, and experience-driven organization.

This is not a traditional hotel management role. We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong operational and strategic expertise.
