The living room is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized pull-out sofa, making it a perfect choice for couples or small families, with a maximum occupancy of two adults and one child. At Painted Boat Resort, Spa & Marina, we have everything for everyone. If you are looking for something slightly bigger, we invite you to check out our two-bedroom villas. The Two Bedroom offers a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, including a large soaker tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and features a three-piece bathroom with rain shower. The living room features a queen-size sofabed, providing additional sleeping space. These villas are perfect for families or two couples, accommodating a maximum of four adults and two children.
Two Bedroom Loft Villa

Max. 4 adults & 4 children – two bathrooms
Our two-bedroom Loft Villas are our biggest Villas and well suited to families who enjoy more space! The layout is the same as the two-bedroom villa but with the addition of a mezzanine floor. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bathroom, including a large soaker tub and a separate shower stall. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bathroom. The mezzanine floor, enjoys an open loft area with a queen sofa bed and TV, and elevated water views. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. There is a breakfast bar, a spacious dining area and a balcony or patio with propane BBQ and outdoor furniture and stunning views of Pender Harbour. With ample sleeping arrangements and two bathrooms, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with plenty of privacy.
