UPDATE ON WATER RESTRICTIONS: SPA Serenity Garden – JULY 30, 2023

Due to stage 3 water restrictions our SPA hot tub, with cascading waterfall, is temporarily closed.
SPA treatments (excluding RMT massage) are discounted 20% and include access to our SPA Serenity Garden, salt-water pool and sauna, until further notice.
SPA Garden passes are temporary unavailable for purchase.
WATER ADVISORY – JULY 18, 2023
We pride ourselves on being able to offer you an exceptional vacation experience. As a courtesy to you, we want to update you on some temporary changes we need to make to our resort amenities, which could impact your overall stay with us.
On July 14th, the Sunshine Coast Regional District implemented Stage 3 water restrictions, due to the concerning low levels of South Pender Harbour water supply at McNeil Lake. These restrictions affect the community of Madeira Park, where Painted Boat Resort is located. This level of water restriction means that pools and hot tubs cannot be refilled and there are limitations on watering the vegetation at our resort. We anticipate having to close our pools/hot tubs, in the next couple of weeks, until water levels at the McNeil Lake are replenished. Our Guest Services Team has prepared a package of information with maps for you, to help you discover the beautiful Lakes and Beaches in our immediate community. We also include information on general activities around the Lower Sunshine Coast. Our Housekeeping Team will place chilled water in your fridge and complimentary ice in your freezer, for pre arrival, and we will continue to provide you with the same exceptional customer service that we have become known for.
The Lower Sunshine Coast is a small community, and we want to lead by example with our water conservation measures. We are committed to doing whatever we can to protect the supply of water for the whole community, so that the impact our resort has on the environment is a positive one.
